What documents do i need to sign up?

To get started with Iron Horses Logistics, you will need to provide 

  • Copy of your MC/Authority Letter
  • Copy of your COI
  • Copy of your NOA (If using a factoring company)
  • Copy of your W9

We'll guide you through the process and ensure it's as smooth as possible.

What is the process for getting started?

  • Call or Text for a Consultation.
  • Send in your Required Documents
  • Pay the deposit fee
  • Pick a start date

 

What if i need to change my service requirements?

We understand that your needs may change. Simply contact us, and we'll work with you to adjust your service requirements accordingly. We pride ourselves on being flexible and responsive.

Do you offer dispatching training?

Yes, we offer dispatching training to help you understand the industry and best practices. 

What type of equipment can you dispatch?

Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, & Power Only.

Hotshot and 26t Box Trucks depending on a consultation.

How are payments handled?

  • Load Payments are handled through your factoring company (if applicable) or via our Invoicing services.

Please note, if not using a factoring company most brokers are Net 30 to Net 60 days to pay. Most factoring companies are next business day.

 

  • Dispatch Invoices (Our Services) are invoiced to the Carrier/Owner Operator every Monday morning.

We follow a Monday to Sunday work week.

Invoices are due every Thursday or Friday (depending on Carriers/Owner Operators preference)
